Hillside Lawn-to-Garden

This client has plenty of lawn space next to her house that she wanted to turn into gardens. The goal was for the two areas to be cohesive but still have distinct styles. One was designed to have more of a cottage garden & shrub feel, and the other with Piet Oudolf-inspired natives and grasses. I designed the planting plan for the these gardens and a local landscaper installed the plantings.
